In 2015, we developed the first zirconia comminution chamber technology in China. It has no metal ion pollution and is used in batteries, pharmaceuticals, glazes, ink and food.

The grinding system pin nanomill shows the evolutionary develop- ment of system with the rotor-slotted pipe separating system. The enclosed horizontal agitator mill is designed for highest product throughput rates and possesses a pin grinding system for highest grinding intensity.

The Development In 2019, the first vertical agitator was developed internationally, the first horizontal agitator was developed in 1975, the first horizontal agitator bead mill with eccentric disks was introduced to the public and the horizontal disc grinder was introduced, in 2004, which became the industry standard. In the following years, the grinding media separation systems, the geometry of the grinding disks and the various grinding chamber materials were further developed.

目前國內(nèi)砂磨機(jī)技術(shù)主要是改革開放對(duì)材料細(xì)度和粒度分布要求,由國外引入,逐步國產(chǎn)化的一個(gè)過程,砂磨工藝通過氧化鋯球等對(duì)材料的研磨粉碎可以大大提高產(chǎn)品物理性能和化學(xué)性能。
從地域分:主要有德系砂磨機(jī)、瑞士砂磨機(jī)、日韓砂磨機(jī)等。
從研磨腔安裝方式分:立式砂磨機(jī)和臥式砂磨機(jī)。立式砂磨機(jī)主要是砂磨機(jī)研磨腔為垂直方向,優(yōu)點(diǎn)是可以大大延長軸封的使用壽命,缺點(diǎn)是限制了研磨腔容積的放大能力。臥式砂磨機(jī)主要是研磨腔安裝為水平方向,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是研磨腔容積可以放大到3000L,可以滿足大型礦物質(zhì)和電池材料大產(chǎn)能的研磨。
從結(jié)構(gòu)上分:盤式砂磨機(jī)、棒銷式砂磨機(jī)、渦輪式砂磨機(jī)及衍生產(chǎn)品。盤式砂磨機(jī)大多數(shù)是追求大產(chǎn)能;棒銷式砂磨機(jī)主要體現(xiàn)在效率和細(xì)度優(yōu)勢上。
從分離系統(tǒng)分:有網(wǎng)篩砂磨機(jī)、無網(wǎng)篩砂磨機(jī);有網(wǎng)篩砂磨機(jī)主要在分離端有個(gè)分離網(wǎng);無網(wǎng)篩砂磨機(jī)是在分離端有一個(gè)離心分級(jí)盤,一般臥式砂磨機(jī)還需要裝一臺(tái)電機(jī)和一套機(jī)械密封,立式砂磨機(jī)則不需要,主要缺點(diǎn)是適用漿料有一定要求,考慮漿料比重、粘度、泵的選擇、泵速都有較高的要求,否則容易漏珠。
從砂磨機(jī)研磨腔材料分:金屬硬質(zhì)合金鋼研磨腔、聚氨酯研磨腔、陶瓷研磨腔;陶瓷研磨腔又分為碳化硅陶瓷、氮化硅陶瓷和氧化鋯陶瓷,材質(zhì)不同和制造工藝不同,使用壽命也區(qū)別很大。
未來中國砂磨機(jī)主要向細(xì)度小、粒度分布窄、智能化、能耗低的方向發(fā)展。
